Kchp
Jakub Krejčí, alias Kchp or Kittychaosplanet, is a Prague-based media artist. The name reads from the inside out: kitty stands for the personal, chaos for the surroundings, planet for the wider shared context. The same vertical cut runs through his work. He combines 3D animation with quadraphonic sound in live performances, installations and games. His long-term project Special Relations treats space as something personal, political and lived. Each chapter starts with research into a specific place and ends as an audiovisual situation the audience moves through. The same material also exists as an experimental 3D game and an animated film.
Doctoral candidate at FAD UJEP, Ústí nad Labem.
